H&H Medical created the TK-4L as an easy-to-use compression strap to help stop or slow blood loss from large wounds or arterial bleeding. Designed for one-handed use, the  TK-4L gives the user the ability to apply the maximum capable force they can generate on lower extremities.

The TK-4L has an elastic strap that is 50% stronger than the TK-4, plus a tension fixture that has a spring-loaded carabiner-type closure, making application easier and more secure.
